Author / Retired State Police Lieutenant to Present a Case Study about the Sniper Investigation at the 9th Annual Mid-Atlantic INLETS Viollent Crime & Terrorism Seminar

Retired Maryland State Police LT. David Reichenbaugh will present a Case Study about the Beltway Sniper Investigation On Thursday June 20th at 10 AM at the 9th Mid-Atlantic INLETS Conference to be held at the Double Tree Hotel and Conference Center, 210 Holiday Court, Annapolis, Maryland.

The two hour case study will feature a power point presentation about the details of the investigation and the difficulties and advantages of working on a Multi-jurisdictional high profile Homicide Investigation. The Beltway Snipers were responsible for the cold blooded murder of ten random citizens and the wounding of 4 more in a 23 day period in October of 2002, a year removed from 911. Their killing spree terrorized the citizens in the entire region and drew media attention from around the world. The author ,along with 1000 other Federal, State, County, City, and local law enforcement officials worked around the clock until the killers were tracked to a rest are off Interstate I-70 in Myersville, Maryland.

Following the case study the author will be in the Lobby signing his book In Pursuit the Hunt for the Beltway Snipers, from noon until 1PM.
